Gen X, Y and Z are labeling the name of a generation with certain year birth unique character each. Differences in perspectives on how to conduct communication between superiors subordinates position structure this bureaucracy interesting things study. The theory organizational culture is reference examining these three generations interpret within organization through performances that occur their work environment. purpose research present description intergenerational process meaning forming government researcher chose an interpretive approach aim observing realities ground without generalizing all members society. Qualitative methods presented field data based results in-depth interviews employees who have capacity answer questions. In conclusion, defined differently from generation. differences characters experience obstacles cause conflict, but can still be resolved by adaptation compromise. Technological developments contributed changes which result affiliation bureaucracy, especially Ministry Public Works Housing.
